Molongolo Methanol Injection Plant.
Petrolink provided design, fabrication and installation of the Blending and Injection Plant.
Double walled FRP tanks were coupled with full stainless steel pipework to guarantee long life.
Batching and Injection "skids" were prepared in our Penrith factory and transported to site ready to bolt in.
Petrolink continue to monitor the Plant with through-life maintenance support.

Old style gravity feed tanks were replaced with a 70,000 double wall wrapped tank on-ground.
A New oily water separator system and secure Fill Point were added under the new canopy for an environmentally friendly and easier to operate Fuel Facility.

Petrolink installs Fuel and Lube delivery system at one of Rio Tinto's sites in Qld.
The 100,000 litre TransTank is coupled to high flow Ebsray pumps for quick turnaround (less downtime) when refuelling.
System comes complete with Safety Showers and a fire suppression system.
The entire fuel system can be relocated by towing the skid (gently) to a new area on site.

Petrolink designed and installed the Fuel Facility for the Thredbo Alpine Village Snow Cat refuelling.
The works had to be completed in a small time window before the winter snows set in.
The heated refuelling slab was designed to capture any accidental fuel spillages but allow the melting snow to escape.

Petrolink recently carried out the removal of some old steel tanks and replaced them with new multi-compartment FRP and Glassteel tanks for a New South Wales based national client.

All works were carried out in accordance with the new UPSS Regulations, AS4897-08, AS4976-08, AS1940-04, WorkCover DG Guidelines and RP001.

Some minor site remediation was required and Petrolink's Environmental Engineering Division designed a Remedial Action Plan which was carried out to the satisfaction of client and local authorities.Ground Water Monitor Wells are a new feature to this installation.

Petrolink's Maintenance Division provides through-life support and monitoring of the equipment involved in this important new installation.
